Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my Items?

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Which items are non-returnable?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on: Socks and Headbands

Please double-check your order before purchasing these items.

Who pays for return shipping?


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

How do I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item for another size or color?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date.

Received the wrong order?

If you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

  • The incorrect item you received
  • A clear photograph of the incorrect item
