Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method: We ship internationally from Europe using trusted courier services. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their local authorities.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@thepilatescult.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Eligibility:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Grip socks
  • Headbands

Return Process:
For all eligible items, please email info@thepilatescult.com to initiate a return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • A processing fee of 30 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders:

  • Please note that we do not issue refunds or accept returns for international orders that are refused upon delivery or not accepted by the customer.
